Soft Play is an activity for children that involves equipment made from soft material. The activities are great for development, they are able to explore learn and stay active in a fun safe environment. Recommended for children ages 0-5. 

As long as the weather permits, we will set up outside for any event. We do ask that you keep the equipment in a shaded area where the equipment won’t get too hot for your little ones.  We will not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing. 
Setups directly above grass, sand, gravel, or dirt will inquire an added fee of $75

To ensure the safety of everyone, we will not set up outdoors if there is rain in the forecast. We ask that you plan an indoor area as a backup should it rain on the day of your event. Deposits are nonrefundable for weather-related cancellations, you may however, use your deposit as a credit for a future date. This credit is valid for a full year from your event date and we will work with you to rebook upon availability on our schedule. 

Please note: Once we have fully set up all equipment and your event time has started, a refund WILL NOT be issued.

The best way to book your event with us is to click on the “Book-Now” tab and submit an inquiry form. Our event coordinator will send you an email confirming availability and assist in getting you on our calendar.  If you don’t hear back within 48 hours, feel free to send us a DM on Instagram or shoot us an email at  info@lerevesoftplay.com​​

Deposit is 25% of your total.  This amount will secure your date and will also be deducted from your balance. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. Please keep in mind that dates WILL NOT be reserved until a deposit is paid.

We do! It is $50.00 per extra hour.

  • There is a delivery fee for every rental and it will vary on location/distance. 
  • We will arrive 1-2hr prior to your event start time to begin set up. Break down takes about 1-2hr. If there will be any restrictions that may delay set up (like stairs, lack of parking, etc.) please let us know prior to the event so that we may plan accordingly. We will happily work with you to coordinate both our setup and breakdown arrival times, so we don’t cause any disruptions on your special day.

Yes, but make sure you are happy with your selection at least 3 business days prior to your event so that we may plan accordingly on our end.

Main rules are No Shoes, No Food or Drinks, No Sharp Objects, water/pool play near the soft play. Additional rules will be listed on your contract.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to notify us as soon as possible at info@lerevesoftplay.com. If you do not receive a response via email (in regards to your cancellation) within 24 hours, please call or text us at 201-951-5424. Cancellations 14 days or less from event are non-refundable, but are transferable and may be rescheduled for another available date within 6 months of the original booking.
